engineering, surveying, and environmental projects.
While our clients are primarily coal companies, we work regularly with state
and federal government, gas & oil companies, developers, and contractors.
Preparation of mining permits for compliance with state and federal
environmental laws have been our primary focus. However, Alpine has the
experience, dedication, and resources to handle the mining, civil,

as an Engineering Firm. The firm is involved in surveying and
engineering activities. Presently, the business is located in
Pikeville, Kentucky. Alpine Consulting & Engineering, Inc. has
conducted work through Eastern Kentucky, Virginia, and
West Virginia for various clients. Scope of work on the
various projects has ranged from very small projects to very
substantial projects.
